Checklist of Documents Required to Apply for a Fellowship

All documents should be in English and sent in digital form, except for the transcripts which may be submitted in digital or hard copy form.

1. A curriculum vita, with educational degrees -- digital copy

2. An official transcript from your undergraduate University -- digital or hard copy

3. An official transcript from your graduate University -- digital or hard copy

4. A letter of recommendation from the Catholic community or institution that will support you through your course of study. The letter of supportshould make clear to the Fellowship Committee why it is important for you to undertake this advanced study. -- dgital copy

5. A sample of your technical academic writing -- digital copy

6. An essay or personal statement of not more than 1,000 words setting out your life journey as a basis for understanding your interest in pursuing doctoral study, the general area of your research interest, and your planned future use of the research degree-- digital copy

7.Demonstration of your ability to meet the language requirements of the University where studies are to be undertaken. This may be in the form of a letter or certificate from a bona fide source. -- digital copy
